Terms and conditions

The pages on anexotech.com describe what Anexotech does. Sending an enquiry, or reading a page, does not by itself create a contract for a website, software, coaching, or a hire.

Fees, scope, timelines, and deliverables are those written in a proposal or an agreement for that work. Where a page and an agreement differ, the agreement governs the paid engagement.

Do not submit another person’s information unless they know you are doing so. Do not use the forms to send anything other than a genuine enquiry.

Programme statements, including money back if a job-centric coaching candidate is not selected, are limited to the programmes and conditions named on this site and in the enrolment agreement. The site does not promise a salary, a named employer, or a joining date.
