Recruitment service terms

An employer brief is a request for Anexotech to understand a role, source candidates, screen profiles, and coordinate interviews. An offer of employment is made by the employer, not by this website.

Openings published for candidates show the role, the package, and the coaching fee to prepare for it. The hiring company’s name is withheld. Do not put the company’s name in a public description.

Candidate information is used for that role and for relevant coaching. It is not published as a testimonial or a placement statistic.

Payroll support is included only when the written engagement says so. Recruitment fees are agreed in that writing. They are not listed as a public tariff on this site.

A candidate who enrols in job-centric coaching for a published role is also covered by the coaching and placement terms, which are separate from the employer’s recruitment engagement.
