Refund and cancellation

A website, a software implementation, or a recruitment assignment is cancelled or refunded only on the terms written for that engagement. This page does not publish a flat refund amount for project work.

Job-centric coaching carries a money-back commitment if the candidate is not selected. Who qualifies, what must be completed, how a refund is requested, and how long it takes are set out in the enrolment agreement before fees are taken. Read that with the placement assurance policy.

ERP training charged by the hour is a separate arrangement. A session that has been delivered is not the job-centric refund.
